This week on Matcha Mornings, Amanda is joined by Renee Clair. Renee is a yoga teacher, productivity coach, and a recruiter. On this episode of the podcast, Renee and Amanda dive into Renee’s journey with health and wellness. They discuss how she was able to heal her inflammation, upset stomach, and the physical discomfort in her body naturally through drinking water, sleeping more, learning to eat properly, movement, and more.

They also dive into her journey with meditation and discuss the positive impacts of mediation mentally and physically. Renee also gives tips for starting your own meditation practice!

Enjoy!
