- Everything is connected! Your digestion is so important and it connects to so many other parts of your life. This is the same with so many other systems and organs in your body!
- When it comes to your body, it’s important to practice accepting and loving your body as it is. We should not feel shame because we have stretch marks or cellulite or thighs! These things are beautiful and make us who we are.
- When you shift your mindset, the weight will come off. When you shift your mindset, you will want to move and exercise and practice yoga. This all begins with the mindset shift and being okay with who you are and the state you are in currently.
- We shouldn’t do movement and exercise to change or manipulate our bodies or because we hate our bodies. We should workout because we love our bodies!
- It’s important to appreciate your body and be grateful for what it can do because you never know when you may lose that ability
- The little things add up over time! Take little steps every day and stay consistent.
