This week on the podcast I am joined by Mary Kate Lewis! Mary Kate has always been passionate about holistic health and wellness, yet she has always struggled with her weight and she felt like her weight was not in line with her values.

After trying every fad diet without any luck, Mary Kate discovered intermittent fasting and not only was she able to lose a tone of weight, she was also able to naturally heal non-alcoholic fatty liver disease entirely through fasting, healthy eating, and breaking her addiction to food.

On this episode, we talk about Mary Kate’s health and wellness journey, how fasting has helped her improve her health, and much more!
