This week on Matcha Mornings, Amanda is joined by Carol Baxter! Carol is a yoga teacher, speaker, energy healer and mind-body wellness coach known for her passionate teaching style and bold leadership. Carol is also the founder of Glow Yoga in Ontario, and the author of The Confidence Project.
