This week on Matcha Mornings, I am joined by Steff Gallante. Steff is a wellness educator, a 200-hour RYT, a Certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, a Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, and a Zumba instructor. She received her Ayurveda Yoga Specialist certification from the Himalayan Institute by Kathryn Tempelton and has been a wellness coach for over 5 years. She is passionate about sharing her love for Ayurveda and using self-care and mindfulness practices to promote mental and emotional health!

And, that is exactly what we are diving into in this episode of the show! Steff shares her journey with health, wellness, yoga, and Ayurveda, and then dives into 6 Ayurveda practices for optimizing your health for the fall season.
